| 内容記述 | 尿道カルンクルは通常,閉経後の女性に発生する尿道の良性腫瘍である.症例は特記すべき既往のない7歳女児.外陰部からの出血,粘膜腫脹を認めた.腟悪性腫瘍を疑い,生検を施行.尿道バルーンを挿入した際の外表所見と病理所見から尿道カルンクルと診断.外用抗菌薬による経過観察を行い,約6ヶ月後に病変は消退した.小児の尿道カルンクルは,希少性や婦人科診察の困難さから,診断に難渋する症例は多いと考えられる.Other: Urethral caruncle is the most common benign tumor that develops in the urethra of postmenopausal women. Our patient was a 7-year-old girl with no medical history; she complained of vulvar bleeding and swelling of the vaginal mucosa. We suspected a malignant vaginal tumor and obtained a biopsy with the patient under general anesthesia. She was diagnosed as having a urethral caruncle based on the tumor appearance and pathological findings. Conservative therapy with an antimicrobial ointment was initiated, and the lesion disappeared after 6 months. Pediatric urethral caruncle is difficult to diagnose owing to its low morbidity; further, a gynecologic examination is necessary for the diagnosis. Thus, pediatricians should be aware of the possibility of urethral caruncle in young girls. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
