Therefore, diagnosis should be made early in the first trimester, and consideration should be given for terminating the pregnancy before heavy bleeding occurs. As there is no consensus regarding the method of abortion for CSP, we aimed to examine the best methods safely managing CSP. Subject and Methods: We retrospectively reviewed four cases diagnosed with CSP during early pregnancy that occurred at our hospital from January 2016 to December 2021. Results: Two cases in which the gestation period was < 7 weeks, the fetal heart rate was negative, and no intra-abdominal hemorrhage were able to be treated with dilation and curettage (dilation and evacuation) alone. Conversely, two patients who had uterine rupture and were brought to the hospital by emergency underwent simple abdominal hysterectomy. Conclusion: As a response to CSP, good outcomes may be achieved by diagnosing the disease as early as possible in the gestational week and taking prompt action before clinical symptoms
