Since the quality assurance has been strongly demanded for medical education, discussions on the next deployment of medical education and/or the evaluation system for the quality assurance were actively conducted at this conference. In this article, we report on three high-stakes examinations in medical education and the evaluation of objective achievement level in the view of Toho University. In addition, we report on unprofessional behavior of a doctor and integrated community care system, as the critical issues to focus
