mental state:ARMS)から顕在発症への進展を頓挫させること,2発症後間もない初回エピソード統合失調症(first episode schizophrenia:FES)に対する社会復帰を目標とする積極的なリハビリテーションの2点を治療目的としている.本稿ではイルボスコでの取り組みにより復学と就労が可能となった症例を紹介する.本例はイルボスコの集団活動に参加し,利用者と協力して物事を行うことによりさまざまな役割を達成し,多くの成功体験を積み重ね自己効力感の向上につながった結果,大学への復学,アルバイト就労を達成した.早期に集団体験を中心とした集中的な心理社会的治療を行うことで就学や就労など社会参加の促進が可能であることが示唆された.","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10001_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.14994/tohoigaku.2016.r036","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10001_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"東邦大学医学会","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"},{"subitem_publisher":"トウホウダイガクイガクカイ","subitem_publisher_language":"ja-Kana"},{"subitem_publisher":"The
